Πρέπει να ανησυχώ για πίεση 130/9.1 στα 64 και να δω καρδιολόγο;

Είμαι άνδρας 64 ετών υγιής. Μετά από μια τυχαία μέτρηση της πίεσής μου, είδα τιμή 130/9.1. Ανησύχησα και ξεκίνησα να κάνω 4 μετρήσεις κάθε μέρα, την ίδια ώρα. Οι ενδείξεις κυμαίνονται, η μεγάλη από 107 έως 125 και μικρή από 7.1 έως 9.1 (το 9.1 μόνο μια φορά). Πρέπει να απευθυνθώ σε καρδιολόγο;
