Καφές και αύξηση πίεσης: Σχέση με γαστρεντερικό και κρίσεις πανικού;
Καλησπέρα σήμερα ήπια καφέ και μου ανέβασε 15 με 10 την πίεση, είχα μήνες να πιω, έχω πάει σε καρδιολόγο έχω κάνει τα πάντα και δεν έχω τίποτα. Σκέφτομαι να πάω και σε γαστρεντερολόγο αλλά έχει σχέση η πίεση με το γαστρεντερικό? Τον καφέ τον είχα κόψει γιατί είχα κρίσεις πανικού και με τον καφέ χειροτέρευαν

Αφού δεν τον σηκώνεις και το ξέρεις τι τον πίνεις.Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση κάτι που σε χαλάει σε μεγάλη ηλικία να σταματήσει σε ακόμη μεγαλύτερη (δεν μιλάω για παιδιά και εφηβους) αναφέρομαι σε ενηλικες

Εάν κάνετε κρίσεις πανικού και παίρνετε αγχολυτικά, αυτά ρίχνουν την πίεση. Ο καφές πάλι έχει διεγερτική δράση, με αποτέλεσμα αυξάνοντας τους παλμούς να φέρει μέσα στην κυκλοφορία περισσότερο αίμα και να αυξηθεί η πίεση ασφαλώς. Και η τονωτική του δράση, στον εγκέφαλό μας, διέγερση των εγκεφαλικών κυττάρων είναι. Έχω συμμετάσχει σε εργασία για την δράση της καγεΐνης στα ενεργειακά ποτά, και γνωρίζω, λίγο πολύ, δεν υπάρχει κάτι βλαπτικότερο να πίνουμε. Ειδικά παράλληλα με αγχολυτικά, έχουν αντίθετη δράση.
