Πονάω στη μέση, έχω ανεβασμένα ηπατικά ένζυμα, να πάρω norgesic;
Πονάω στη μέση και μου είπαν να πάρω norgesic 7 μέρες, τρεις φορές την μέρα… Έχω ελαφρώς ανεβασμένα ηπατικά ένζυμα, κάνει να πάρω norgesic;

Καλησπέρα σας.Το Norgesic είναι ένας μυοχαλαρωτικός συνδυασμός φαρμάκων (ορφεναδρίνη + παρακεταμόλη + καφεΐνη).Η παρακεταμόλη μεταβολίζεται στο ήπαρ και σε υψηλές δόσεις ή σε ευαισθησία μπορεί να προκαλέσει ηπατοτοξικότητα.
Αν έχετε ήδη αυξημένες τρανσαμινάσες (π.χ. SGOT, SGPT), ακόμη και ελαφρώς, πρέπει να αξιολογηθεί ο λόγος, και να αποφευχθούν φάρμακα που επιβαρύνουν το ήπαρ, εκτός αν υπάρχει ιατρική καθοδήγηση.
