Μπορώ να παίρνω γαϊδουράγκαθο και αγκινάρα με πρωτοπαθή χολική κίρρωση;

Έχω πρωτοπαθή χολική κίρρωση (χολοαγγειίτιδα) παίρνω ursofalc από το 2014. Ήμουν τότε με βάση τα αποτελέσματα της βιοψίας που έκανα στο 2ο στάδιο. Το 2024 μετά από υπέρηχο διαπίστωσα ότι έχω λιπώδη διήθηση του ήπατος. Μπορώ να παίρνω συμπληρώματα διατροφής με γαϊδουράγκαθο και αγκινάρα?
