Καλησπέρα σας ! Είμαι γυναίκα 47 ετών , 50 κιλά , 1,63 ύψος , δεν καπνίσω , γυμνάζομαι αλλά έχω 217 χοληστερόλη ,ε ανεβασμένα τα ερυθρά μου στα 13 και ανεβασμένα και τα RDW στα 15,7 να ανησυχώ
