Χοληστερίνη 264: Διατροφή και άσκηση αντί φαρμάκων, είμαι 58, εμμηνόπαυση

Είμαι 58 ετών αδύνατη και σε εμμηνόπαυση εδώ και 17 έτη. Η χοληστερίνη μου για πρώτη φορά είναι 264. Ldl 184 Hdl 62 τριγλυκερίδια 91 . Δεν θέλω να πάρω χάπι θέλω να προσπαθήσω πρώτα με τη διατροφή και την άσκηση. Η διατροφή μου σε γενικές γραμμές είναι σωστή αλλά μού αρέσουν πολύ τα τυριά και οι πίτες, που προφανώς πρέπει να μειώσω. Θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας

  • Καλησπερα, οι τιμες αυτες απαιτουν ειδικο διαιτολόγιο και ασκησιολογιο, εαν ειστε κατα τα αλλα υγιης μπορειτε να δοκιμασετε τετοιες παρεμβασεις για 6 μηνες. Οπως και να εχει, ωστοσο, επισκεφθείτε ειδικο στα καρδιομεταβολικα νοσηματα.
