Πρέπει να ανησυχώ για την LDL μου στα 47 με υγιεινό τρόπο ζωής;

Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι άνδρας 47 ετών με χοληστερίνη 198, HDL 47, LDL 136 & λιποπρωτεΐνη Α 27,1, τριγλυκερίδια 75 και σάκχαρο 82. Είμαι 1,67 και 67 κιλά, τρέχω 3-4 φορές την εβδομάδα 45 λεπτά κάθε φορά και προσέχω να μην τρώω πολλά λιπαρά και γλυκά. Ούτε καπνίζω ούτε πίνω. Θεωρείτε ότι θα πρέπει να κάνω κάτι επιπλέον λόγω της LDL? Χρειάζεται περισσότερη δίαιτα & άθληση ή θα πρέπει να καταφύγω σε φαρμακευτική αγωγή? Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
