Να ανησυχώ για τρανσαμινάση 43 με λίπος στο συκώτι και πλατόρελ;
Καλησπέρα είμαι γυναίκα 42 ετών παίρνω το χάπι πλατόρελ των 5 για τη χοληστερίνη έκανα επανάληψη στις εξετάσεις κ η χοληστερίνη έχει κατέβει στο 132 αλλά η μια τρανσαμινάση του συκωτιού είναι 43 η τιμή έχω 3 εκατοστά λίπος στο συκώτι κ πρόσφατα άρχισα γυμναστική να ανησυχώ για την τρανσαμινάση που είναι 43;

Οι τρανσαμινασες δειχνουν την ανακυκλωση των ηπατοκυτταρων λογω φορτου λειτουργιας, η τιμη της τρανσαμινασης αυτης πλησιαζει το ανωτερο οριο αν και τα φυσιολογικα ορια μπορει να ποικιλουν αναλογα με το εργαστηριο. Η λιπωδης διηθηση στο ήπαρ σχετιζεται σε ενα βαθμο με αυξημενες τρανσαμινασες. Η χρηση στατινων -υπολιπιδαιμικων-φαρμακων εχει συσχετιστει με μικρη αυξηση των τρανσαμινασων σε χαμηλο ποσοστο ασθενων, που οταν δεν ξεπερνα το τριπλασιο του ανω οριου θεωρειται συνηθως αναστρεψιμη και μη σημαντικη παρενεργεια των στατινων. Ισως χρειαστει και ελεγχος της CPK
