Καλησπέρα έκανα εξετάσεις αίματος ..είμαι 33 ετών με παραπάνω κιλά..έχω χοληστερίνη 210, hdl 54, ldl 137, τριγλυκερίδια 108 και λιποπρωτεΐνη 69 .. φυσιολογική πίεση ..δεν καπνίζω, δεν πίνω αλκοόλ δε τρώω τηγανητά. Να ανησυχήσω;;; Έχω αγχωθεί
