Lp(a) 62,6 στα 35: Πόσο ανησυχητικό είναι για την υγεία μου;
Γειά σας. Είμαι 35 ετών έκανα εξετάσεις και έχω χοληστερίνη 166, HDL 52 και LDL 98. Η Lp(a) όμως είναι 62,6. Πόσο ανησυχητικό είναι;

Δεν σημαίνει πως έχετε ή θα έχετε καρδιοπάθεια, αλλά ο κίνδυνος είναι αυξημένος ακόμα κι αν όλα τα άλλα λιπίδια είναι φυσιολογικά(όπως συμβαίνει σε εσάς).Η αυξημένη Lp(a) είναι κυρίως γενετική.Σε περίπτωση παραγόντων κινδύνου όπως οικογενειακό ιστορικό,καπνίσματος παχυσαρκίας σακχαρώδη διαβήτη ή συμπτωμάτων όπως πόνος στο στήθος,εύκολη κόπωση ,οιδήματα κάτω άκρων συνίσταται ένα triplex καρδιάς και έλεγχο από τον καρδιολόγο.
Η επανάληψη της Lp(a) συνίσταται σε 1 χρόνο.
