Με παθολογική την α λιποπρωτεινη και μάλιστα αρκετά άνηκε στην ομάδα υψηλού κινδύνου για καρδειαγγειακο συμβάμα πχ έμφραγμα. Άρα η απάντηση είναι ότι κινδυνεται πολύ περισσότερο από αντίστοιχο άτομο της ίδιας ηλικίας φύλου με φυσιολογίκη α λιποπρωτεινη.
