Γιατί έχω υψηλή χοληστερίνη και σάκχαρο με οικογενειακό ιστορικό;
Καλημέρα σας, έκανα τις προληπτικές εξετάσεις του κράτους και θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας γιατί τα επίπεδα χοληστερίνης είναι υψηλά. LDL Chol 164mg, HDL Chol 43mg, Σάκχαρο 106mg, ΧΟΛΗΣΤΕΡΟΛΗ ΟΛΙΚΗ 234 mg, NON-HDL 191mg, Τριγλυκερίδια 154mg, Αθηρωματικός δείκτης 5.4 (0-4 τιμές), Λιποπρωτεΐνη 78mg (0-30). Να σημειώσω για το οικογενειακό ιστορικό, έχει και ο πατέρας μου σάκχαρο και χοληστερίνη πολλά χρόνια.

Φαίνεται πως ίσως έχετε αντίσταση στην ινσουλίνη και μεταβολικό σύνδρομο που προδιαθέτει για διαβήτη, αφού έχετε 1.σάκχαρο πάνω από 100, 2.τριγλυκερίδια μεγαλύτερα από 150 και 3.καλή χοληστερίνη κάτω από 50 ( αν είστε γυναίκα έχετε και το τρίτο κριτήριο). Δεν ξέρω άλλα στοιχεία ( πχ , φύλο , ηλικία, βάρος , ύψος, αν έχετε πίεσηκτλ) για να απαντήσω με σιγουριά. Θα συμβούλευα να κάνετε γλυκοζυλιωμενη αιμοσφαιρίνη και μέτρηση ινσουλίνης και να συμβουλευτείτε τον γιατρό σας
