Γεια σας. Είμαι γυναίκα 34. Μάλλον έχω κληρονομική χοληστερίνη από τον πατέρα μου. Σε κάθε εξέταση με μια καλή γενική ζωή χωρίς άσκηση αλλά καλή διατροφή έχω κάπου 215 ολική , 140 ldl και 49 hdl. Όταν προλάβαινα να κάνω γυμναστική οι τιμές ήταν πολύ καλές και εντός φυσιολογικού. Τώρα δεν προλαβαίνω να γυμναστώ και οι τιμές πάλι εκεί. Τι να κάνω; Η διατροφή μου είναι πολύ προσεκτική.
