Έχω Λιποπρωτεΐνη 89 τι πρέπει να κάνω για να την ρίξω στα 30 ?

Δεν υπάρχουν φάρμακα γιατην Lpa, ούτε ιδιαίτερες συστάσεις, είναι κληρονομική

Η τιμή της λιποπρωτεΐνης είναι 100% καθορισμένη από τα γονίδια που έχουμε κληρονομήσει από του γονείς μας. Δεν την επηρεάζουν ούτε διατροφή ούτε η άσκηση. Επίσης δεν έχουμε επι του παρόντος φάρμακο που να την μειώνει. Το μόνο όπλο που έχουμε είναι οι Στατίνες οι οποίες δεν την μειώνουν μεν αλλά την εμποδίζουν δε να πάει να κάτσει στο τοίχωμα των αγγείων και να τα βουλώσει.
