Είναι αναπόφευκτο το έμφραγμα αν παίρνω στατίνες και έχω υψηλή πίεση;

Είμαι 46 ετων.Κιλα 90 Καπνιστής ένα πακέτο. Παίρνω Στατίνες (liptrouzet 20) κοντά 10 χρόνια και τώρα τελευταία βλέπω την μικρή πίεση πάνω από 9. Λογικά θα πάρω χάπι πιέσεως olaetan. Με αυτά τα δεδομένα είναι αναπόφευκτο ένα έμφραγμα και ας παίρνω τα χάπια μου??
