Τι σημαίνει "αδρά" στην αξονική για τη χοληδόχο κύστη;
Η χοληδόχος κύστη ελέγχεται αδρά χωρίς σαφές παθολογικό περιεχόμενο. Τι εννοεί η λέξη αδρά? είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί σκιαγραφικό στην αξονική και ήμουν νηστικός 5 ώρες πριν την εξέταση

Η αξονική δεν είναι ο καλύτερος τρόπος ελέγχου της χολής, εξ'ου και το αδρά.

Μην ασχολείσε με το "αδρα". Δεν εχει παθολογικο περιεχόμενο, δηλ. δεν εχει λασπη ή πετρες. Αυτο να σε ενδιαφερει.

Η καλύτερη εξέταση γιά την "χολή" δηλ. την χοληδόχο κύστη, είναι το υπερηχογράφημα. Το αδρά το γράφουν οι ακτινολόγοι ότι γενικώς δεν βρίσκουν κάτι

Εννοεί σε γενικές γραμμές (δεν εντοπίζει κάποιο μεγάλο εύρημα). Κρατήστε υπόψη ότι εάν το ζητούμενο είναι ειδικά ο έλεγχος της χοληδόχου κύστης για πέτρες ή ίζημα, ο υπέρηχος άνω κοιλίας έχει καλύτερη διακριτική ικανότητα από την αξονική (με εξαίρεση περιπτώσεις παχυσαρκίας).
