Πόσος χρόνος πρέπει να μεσολαβήσει μεταξύ χολοεκτομής και βαριατρικής;
έχω αποφασίσει να υποβληθώ άμεσα σε χολοεκτομή λόγω παρουσίας πετρών στη χολή. Παράλληλα, μέσα στα σχέδιά μου είναι και μία βαριατρική επέμβαση για την απώλεια του αρκετού σωματικού μου βάρους. Πόσο καιρό πρέπει να απέχει η μία επέμβαση από την άλλη;

Η αφαίρεση της χολής μπορεί κάλλιστα να πραγματοποιηθεί ταυτόχρονα με τη βαριατρική επέμβαση.

Αναλόγως του τύπου της βαριατρικής επέμβασης που θα επιλεγεί, συχνά γίνεται ταυτόχρονα και χολοκυστεκτομή. Εάν πρόκειται να προγραμματίσετε την επέμβαση αυτή σύντομα (και όχι μετά από χρόνια) θα σας συνιστούσα να συζητήσετε το θέμα με το χειρουργό που θα αποταθείτε για το βαριατρικό κομμάτι για την περίπτωση συνδυασμού τους.

Είτε θα τα κάνετε μαζί (συχνά μαζί με την βαριατρική γίνεται και προφυλακτική χολοκυστεκτομή) είτε θα κάνετε πρώτα την χολοκυστεκτομή και μετά από ένα τρίμηνο την άλλη.

Μπορούν να γίνουν ταυτόχρονα στο χειρουργείο της βαριατρικης

Καλησπέρα σάς, καλύτερα προτα να γίνει γαστρικο μανίκι ( new sleeve) και μέρα από 5 μήνες να γίνει αφαίρεση χολής ή μπορεί να γίνει και αφαίρεση χολής και μανίκι. Αν θέλετε ελάτε να τα πούμε από κοντά
