Πόνος στο στήθος και αναγωγές μετά από εκτομή χολής και ήπατομεγαλία;
Καλημέρα.Εβγαλα την χολή μου με αρκετά συμπτώματα τον Μάιο.Ειμαι 30 χρονων με αρκετά κιλά παραπάνω και όταν την έβγαλα είχα μικρό λιθίαση και αρκετά συμπτώματα.Και όταν την έβγαλα δεν ηρέμησα ποτέ εντελώς έχω επαναλάβει αιματολογικές εξετάσεις, υπέρηχο και καινούργια MRCP τον Ιούλιο δεν έδειξαν κάτι εκτός από μια ήπατομεγαλια που βρέθηκε στον τελευταίο υπέρηχο.Εχω πλέον πόνους αρκετά συχνά κάτω από το στήθος αριστερά,αναγωγές και πόνο στο στομάχι μπορεί να οφείλονται σε αυτό το νέο εύρημα; Ευχαριστώ

όχι, αυτά οφείλονται σε πιθανό ευερέθιστο έντερο ή και γαστροοισοφαγική παλινδρόμηση, χρειάεστε γαστρεντερολόγο

Το ήπαρ είναι δεξιά οπότε μάλλον όχι. Πιθανόν να έχετε κάποια διαφραγματοκήλη ή τυχόν παλινδρόμηση χολής στο στομάχι.
