Πολύποδες κοιλίας μεγάλωσαν 2 mm σε 6 μήνες, μαγνητική καθαρή, τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα σας!! Είχα κάνει πριν 6 μήνες υπέρηχο άνω και κάτω κοιλίας και βρέθηκαν ολιγάριθμοι πολύποδες με τον μεγαλύτερο 2,5 mm.. έκανα επαναληπτικό έλεγχο μετά από 6 μήνες και βρέθηκε ότι έχουν μεγαλώσει 2 mm.. ο γιατρός με παρέπεμψε σε μαγνητική η οποία δεν έδειξε τίποτα.. και μου είπε να κάνω έναν επανέλεγχο μετά από 6 μήνες πρέπει να κάνω κάτι άλλο; Σας ευχαριστώ!!

Θα πρότεινα να ξανακάνετε σε 3 μήνες ή ακόμα και νωρίτερα υπέρηχο και όχι σε 6. Περιγράφετε διπλασιασμό του μεγέθους σε 6 μήνες. Αν συνεχίσει η αύξηση του μεγέθους χειρουργείο.

Αν το είχα εγώ θα προχωρούσα σε λαπαροσκοπική χολοκυστεκτομή. Αυτοί οι "πολύποδες" είναι μικρές πέτρες που θα μεγαλώσουν και άλλο με όλες τις επιπλοκές που έχει η χολολιθίαση

Προφανώς εννοείτε πολύποδες στη χοληδόχο κύστη...
