Πολύποδας χοληδόχου κύστης 4 χιλ. σε μαγνητική: είναι σοβαρό;
Τον Δεκέμβριο που μας πέρασε η γυναίκα μου έκανε μαγνητική άνω κοιλίας και την βρήκαν στην χοληδόχο κύστη ένα πολύποδα κάτω από 4 χιλιοστά..την είπαν να ξανακάνει μαγνητική μετά από μήνες..είναι κάτι σοβαρό..?

Πολύποδας 4 χιλιοστά δεν είναι κάτι σοβαρό, απλά χρειάζεται παρακολούθηση αν μεγαλώνει ανά 6μηνο για 1 χρόνο. Αλλά η απρακολούθηση γίνεται με υπέρηχο και όχι με μαγνητική.

Βαιβαια, είναι για εμένα αν έχει και συμπτώματα όπως αναγούλες ,φούσκωμα πρέπει να γίνει λαπαροσκοπικη αφαίρεση χολής. Αν θέλετε ελάτε να τα πούμε από κοντά

Δεν είναι σοβαρό,αλλά είναι υπερβολή να κάνει μαγνητική.Απλό υπερηχογράφημα αρκεί.Αν ο πολύποδας μεγαλώσει ή αν βρεθούν 2 ή παραπάνω πολύποδες τότε χολοκυστεκτομή
