Πολύποδας στη χολή 8 χιλιοστά, χωρίς συμπτώματα – χρειάζεται επανέλεγχος;
Καλησπέρα σας !’ν Σε υπέρηχο που έγινε το 2019 βρέθηκε τυχαία πολύποδας στο τύπωμα της χολής στην βάση της διαμέτρου 6χιλιοστωμν . Σήμερα 07.03.2025 είναι 8 χιλιοστά !!! Μου συνέστησαν επανέλεγχο σε 6 μήνες !!!! Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας ;;; Συμπτώματα δεν υπάρχουν!!!! Ούτε πέτρες ούτε κάτι άλλο. Όλα φυσιολογικά !!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!!

Καλησπέρα σας,η γνώμη μου είναι να γίνει λαπαροσκοπικη αφαίρεση χολής γιατί μπορεί 6 μήνες να γίνει καρκίνο χολής (επιθετική μορφή) .Αν θέλετε ελάτε να σας βοηθήσω

Δεν γνωρίζουμε εάν ο "πολύποδας" είναι αληθής πολύπους ή ψευδοπολύπους.
Αν είναι αληθής πολύπους, οι διεθνείς οδηγίες αναφέρουν πως πάνω κάποια χιλιοστά ενδείκνυται η χολοκυστεκτομή. Δεν σας λέω ακριβώς το όριο, γιατί ο χειρουργός σας θα σας πει λεπτομέρειες.
Αν δεν έχετε απευθυνθεί σε χειρουργό, λάθος. Ο χειρουργός είναι ο ειδήμων επ'αυτού του θέματος.
