Πολύποδας στη χολή 0.44mm, ναυτία, πόνος, αναιμία, 21 ετών. Χρειάζεται χολοκυστεκτομή;
Καλημέρα σας, Εδώ και κάνα μήνα έκανα έναν υπέρηχο άνω κοιλίας και βρέθηκε πως έχω έναν πολύ μικρό πολύποδα στη χολή 0.44mm. Το τελευταίο χρονικό διάστημα έχω ανορεξία και όταν τρώω οτιδήποτε με πιάνει ναυτία και πονάω πολύ ώρες ώρες στα ξαφνικά πάνω από τον ομφαλό και προς τα δεξιά κάτω από τον θώρακα. Αρχίζω και πονάω τόσο που δυσκολεύομαι να αναπνεύσω παίρνω ένα παναντόλ και μετά από καμιά ώρα χαλαρώνω. Μήπως θα χρειαστεί να κάνω χολοκυστεκτομή και να είναι μικρός ο πολύποδας; Γενικά έχω αναιμία, φερριτίνη 4.5ng/mL Ταχύτητα καθίζησης 39mm την 1η ώρα τκε Αιμοσφαιρίνη 9.9 g/dL Αιματοκρίτης 32.3% Μέσος όγκος ερυθρών 73.50 fL Αιμοπετάλια 391 K/uL Μέση πυκνότητα hb 30.6 g/dL Και πολύ κόπωση. Ηλικία 21 ετών. Ευχαριστώ.

Λογικό να έχεις τέτοια συμπτώματα αφού έχεις σιδηροπενικη αναιμία. Θα συνιστούσα να υποβληθείς σε γαστροσκόπηση.

Το πρόβλημα σας σίγουρα δεν είναι η χολή και δεν χρειάζεται βέβαια χολοκυστεκτομή (απλά θα κάνετε υπέρηχο σε 6 μήνες για παρακολούθηση του πολύποδα). Ο πόνος, η αναιμία και η ΤΚΕ είναι άλλης αιτιολογίας και θα χρειαστείτε περαιτέρω έλεγχο, αιματολογικό σίγουρα και λογικά και ενδοσκοπικό.
