Είναι επικίνδυνη μια ασυμπτωματική πέτρα στη χολή 8cm;
Σε πρόσφατο υπέρηχο, εντελώς συμπτωματικά, βρέθηκε μία πέτρα στην χολή, (8cm), χωρίς ουδεμία ενόχληση μέχρι τούδε. Επειδή διαμένω μόνος μου, ανησυχώ πολύ. Πετρα στη χοληδοχο κύστη άνω των 3 εκατοστών συστήνεται να αφαιρείται.

Αν δεν έχετε συμπτώματα δεν χρειάζεται χειρουργηθεί θεραπεία. Πέτρα 8εκ. μου φαίνεται αρκετά μεγάλη. καλό θα ήταν να συμβουλευθείτε κάποιον ειδικό από κοντά

Κατ'αρχήν φαντάζομαι ότι είναι 8 χιλιοστά και όχι 8 εκατοστά η πέτρα.
Τέτοια πέτρα μπορεί να κάνει κρίση χολοκυστίτιδας ή και χολαγγειίτιδας.
Αν θέλετε να είστε σίγουρος να χειρουργηθείτε.
