Χαλάζιο

Μελανιασμένο βλέφαρο μετά από ένεση κορτιζόνης για χαλάζιο: είναι μόνιμο;

Καλησπέρα, είχα επίμονο χαλάζιο και τελικά ο γιατρός έκανε ένεση κορτιζόνης. Το μπαλάκι μειώθηκε κάπως αλλά 1 εβδομάδα τώρα το βλέφαρο είναι μελανιασμένο. Θα φύγει η μελανιά; Ελπίζω να μην είναι μόνιμη.

    Η μελανιά μετά από ένεση κορτιζόνης σε χαλάζιο είναι συχνή και οφείλεται σε μικρό αιμάτωμα από τη βελόνα. Συνήθως φεύγει μόνη της μέσα σε 2–4 εβδομάδες. Δεν είναι μόνιμη και δεν επηρεάζει το μάτι. Μπορείς να βάζεις χλιαρές κομπρέσες για ταχύτερη υποχώρηση. Αν όμως δεις αύξηση πρηξίματος, πόνο ή ερυθρότητα, να το ξαναδεί ο οφθαλμίατρος.
