Τι σημαίνει σημείωση "Dre firm rt lobe" για 65χρονο άντρα με psa 4.2;

Άντρας 65 ετων, με psa 12/24 να ειναι 4.7 και 02/25 να ειναι 4.2! Πηγε στον ουρολογο και εκανε δακτυλική και ο ουρολογος του ειπε οτι ειναι μαλακος. Ο Ογκος του προστατη ειναι 70 cm3. Τον εστειλε ομως για mri με την δικαιολογια οτι εκανε σκαμπανευασμα το psa. Ομως αυτο που με προβληματισε ειναι οτι παρολο που το ειπε οτι δακτυλικα ο προστατης ειναι μαλακος, εγραψε σημειωση "Dre firm rt lobe"!! Τι μπορει να εννοει? Παρακάτω αναφέρω όλες τις σημειώσεις του: "Marginal psa increase Mild luts under ww Dre firm rt lobe Most recent psa 4.22 feb 2025".
