Μπορεί το σπιράλ στη μήτρα να προκαλέσει ascus στο τεστ Παπ;
Καλημέρα σας. Αφαιρώντας το σπιράλ προ μηνός -μετά από 6 χρόνια- έμεινε στη μήτρα ένα στέλεχος. Το τεστ Παπ που έκανα έδειξε ascus. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να σχετίζεται με φλεγμονή λόγω του σπιράλ; Πώς πρέπει να αντιμετωπιστεί το πρόβλημα; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων για τη βοήθειά σας.

Θα πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί το κομμάτι που παρέμεινε. Θα μπορούσε το εύρημα να οφείλεται σε αυτό αλλά θα πρέπει να αποκλειστούν άλλα ενδεχόμενα.

Καλησπέρα σας. Πρόκειται για 2 διαφορετικά πράγματα. Το σπιράλ θα πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί με υστεροσκόπηση και για το ascus να γίνει περαιτέρω έλεγχος με hpv dna test και καλλιέργεια αρχικά κ αν κριθεί αναγκαίο με κολποσκόπηση έπειτα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο. Στη διάθεσή σας για οποιαδήποτε περαιτέρω βοήθεια.
