Γιατί να αποφεύγεται η άρση βαρών μετά από υστεροσκόπηση;
Ήθελα να ρωτήσω για ποιο λόγο συστήνεται η αποφυγή άρσης βαρών στο χειρουργείο υστεροσκόπησης. Τι συνέπειες θα έχει σε μια ασθενή που δεν προσέχει. Ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα. Γενικά θα πρέπει να ξέρετε ότι η σύσταση αυτή είναι προληπτική και συνήθως αφορά τις πρώτες μέρες μετά την επέμβαση. Συστήνεται για να μειωθεί ο κίνδυνος αιμορραγίας, πυελικής πίεσης ή και φλεγμονής, ιδιαίτερα όταν έχει γίνει αφαίρεση πολύποδα ή άλλης βλάβης και αν η ασθενής δεν προσέξει, μπορεί να εμφανίσει αιμορραγία, πόνο ή καθυστέρηση στην επούλωση της ενδομήτριας κοιλότητας. Προφανώς όλα τα παραπάνω δεν είναι σίγουρο οτι θα συμβούν για αυτό όπως προειπα η σύσταση μας είναι καθαρά προληπτική.
