Φοβάμαι αιμορραγία μετά από αφαίρεση μεγάλου πολύποδα λόγω ατονίας μήτρας.
Γεια σας, είμαι 40 ετών και έχω 4 παιδιά τα 3 γεννήθηκαν με φυσιολογικό τοκετό και το τελευταίο με καισαρική, έπαθα και ατονία μήτρας στα 2 τελευταία και πόσο μάλλον στην τελευταία εγκυμοσύνη με αποτέλεσμα να μου βάλουν 2 φιάλες αίμα, δεν ξέρω πόσο καιρό έχω που έχει βγει πολύποδας στο ενδομήτριο και 1,30, η γιατρός που πήγαινα δεν κατάλαβε τίποτα έτσι και άλλαξα γιατρό, ο νέος γιατρός μου είπε ότι πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί γιατί είναι μεγάλος, αλλά εγώ φοβάμαι και ένας από τους λόγους είναι η αιμορραγία μετά την επέμβαση λόγω ατονίας, ποια η γνώμη σας και?

Προφανώς θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σας για να σας δώσω μια πλήρη κ σαφή απάντηση, ομως, μπορώ να σας πω ότι η ατονία μήτρας που μάλλον ήταν η αιτία των αιμορραγιων σας στις εγκυμοσύνες δεν μπορεί να συμβεί σε μια μήτρα εκτός εγκυμοσύνης. Άρα ο κίνδυνος αυτός δεν υπάρχει όταν αφαιρούμε έναν πολύποδα που ιδανικά θα έπρεπε να γίνει υστεροσκοπικα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
