Αφαίρεση πολύποδα σε ατροφική μήτρα με απόξεση: είναι εφικτό;
Καλημέρα.. Έχω ατροφική μήτρα.. Και ύστερα από υπέρηχο βρέθηκε ένας πολύποδας ενδομητρίου.. Έγινε υστεροσκόπηση.. Όμως δεν μπόρεσε να αφαιρεθεί ο πολύποδας λόγω της κάμψης που έχει η μήτρα..προτάθηκε να κάνω αφαίρεση της μήτρας. Χωρίς να υπάρχει κακοήθεια.. Αφού έγινε εξέταση για καρκινικούς δείκτες. Θέλω να μάθω μπορεί να γίνει απόξεση της μήτρας για την αφαίρεση του πολύποδα? Ευχαριστώ..

Καλησπέρα σας. Αν η μήτρα έχει έντονη κάμψη και δεν μπόρεσε να γίνει υστεροσκόπηση, τότε η απόξεση μπορεί να μην είναι αποτελεσματική ή και δύσκολη τεχνικά, ειδικά για την αφαίρεση ενός πολύποδα. Η υστεροσκόπηση παραμένει η προτιμώμενη μέθοδος.
Καλό θα ήταν να πάρετε και δεύτερη γνώμη από γιατρό με εμπειρία σε υστεροσκοπικές επεμβάσεις, μήπως υπάρχει τρόπος να αφαιρεθεί ο πολύποδας με ειδικό εξοπλισμό. Είμαι στη διάθεσή σας εαν χρειαστείτε βοήθεια.
