Είναι η αγωγή με Avelox και Zythromax επαρκής για ήπια χρόνια ενδομητρίτιδα;
Καλημέρα σας, σε έλεγχο υπογονιμότητας και αφού έχουν αποκλειστεί άλλοι παράγοντες σε βιοψίες ενδομητρίου βρέθηκε χρόνια ενδομητρίτιδα ήπιας μορφής (οι γαλακτοβάκιλλοι είναι καλοί). Η αγωγή που ακολούθησα ήταν avelox 400 για 20 μερες και zythromax όχι καθημερινά αλλά 2 χαπια μαζί 3 φορές την εβδομάδα για 1 μήνα. Είναι ικανή αυτή η αγωγή για τη θεραπεία της ενδομητρίτιδας? Θα χρειαζόταν κάποια συμπληρωματική θεραπεία με flagyl για παράδειγμα η με καλυπτει το avelox?
