Πως αντιμετωπίζεται η τραχηλίτιδα με χαμηλού κινδύνου HPV;
Καλησπέρα σας έκανα τεστ παπ και hpv DNA τεστ και το τεστ παπ έδειξε τραχηλίτιδα και ότι υπάρχουν χαμηλού κινδύνου hpv. Πως αντιμετωπίζεται η τραχηλίτιδα ? Χρειάζεται μήπως κάποια επέμβαση να κάνω?

Καλησπέρα σας, η τραχηλίτιδα δεν αντιμετωπίζεται με επέμβαση. Θα πρέπει να κάνετε έναν έλεγχο για πιθανά μικρόβια που την προκαλούν

Η τραχηλίτιδα δεν χρειάζεται επέμβαση ειδικά με χαμηλού κινδύνου ιούς HPV. Με αρνητικό HPV θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε κρυοπηξια. Εσείς θα πρέπει να κάνετε επανάληψη του τεστ Παπ ή ακόμα καλύτερα του co testing σε 6 μήνες. Μέχρι τότε μπορείτε να βοηθήσετε τον εαυτό σας αλλά αυτό χρειάζεται εξέταση από γυναικολόγο με ολιστική προσέγγιση για σωστές, ειδικές για εσάς, οδηγίες.

Καλησπέρα σας. Η τραχηλίτιδα με HPV χαμηλού κινδύνου συνήθως δεν είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό και δεν χρειάζεται επέμβαση. Μπορεί να βοηθήσει μια ήπια τοπική αγωγή και παρακολούθηση. Καλο θα ήταν να γίνει και μια καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού, για να αποκλείσουμε τυχόν μικρόβιο που μπορεί να διατηρεί τη φλεγμονή. Φυσικά λόγω του ότι δεν γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σας τα παραπάνω είναι απλά γενικές συμβουλές.
