Καλησπέρα σήμερα πήρα τα αποτελέσματα του τεστ Παπ. Και γράφει στα συμπεράσματα: Ήπια φλεγμονή κόλπου -τραχηλου. Αρνητικό για ενδοεπιθηλιακη αλλοίωση η κακοήθεια ( NILM). Τι κάνω με την ήπια φλεγμονή;

Καλησπέρα σας. Το τεστ Παπ που κάνατε λέει οτι δεν υπάρχουν ενδείξεις λοίμωξης από τον HPV. Οπότε για αυτό δεν πρέπει να ανησυχείτε. Η φλεγμονή όμως μπορεί να οφείλεται σε διάφορους παράγοντες, κάποιες φορές σε κάποιο μικρόβιο. Για να δείτε εαν υπάρχει κάποιο άλλο μικρόβιο θα πρέπει να κάνετε καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού, ειδικά εαν έχετε κάποιο σύμπτωμα. Δυστυχώς πολλές γυναίκες δεν ενημερώνονται για το οτι το τεστ Παπ γίνεται ΜΟΝΟ για να δούμε εαν υπάρχουν στοιχεία λοίμωξης από τον HPV και όχι για όλα τα ΣΜΝ. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα. Καλή συνέχεια.
