Είναι λόγω μυκήτων η ελαφρά τραχηλίτιδα με αρνητικό HPV τεστ;
Καλησπέρα, Μετά από τεστ Παπ έλαβα ως αποτέλεσμα αλλοιώσεις ελαφράς τραχηλίτιδας. Το HPV test ήταν αρνητικό. Η γιατρός μου είπε ότι και το Παπ ήταν αρνητικό, αν και μετέπειτα είδα αυτό το αποτέλεσμα. Να σημειώσω ότι βρέθηκαν και μύκητες στα δείγματα και μου έγραψε αγωγή για αυτό. Είναι λόγω μυκήτων αυτή η τραχηλίτιδα;

Καλησπέρα σας. Ναι, η ήπια τραχηλίτιδα πιθανότατα οφείλεται στους μύκητες που βρέθηκαν. Οι μύκητες συχνά ερεθίζουν τον τράχηλο και προκαλούν αυτή την εικόνα στο Pap. Παρόλο που δεν γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σας θα έλεγα οτι αφού το Test Pap κ το HPV DNA test είναι αρνητικά, δεν υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας.
