Είναι καρκίνος το θετικό HPV τεστ με φλεγμονή και κολποσκόπηση;
Καλησπέρα, έκανα τεστ παπ και τεστ HPV DNA και βρέθηκα θετική στο HPV με φλεγμονή, είχα τους τύπους ομάδας β ο γιατρός μου σύστησε να κάνουμε κολποσκόπηση μην χρειαστεί να κόψει κάτι εγώ δεν κατάλαβα αυτό είναι καρκίνος?

Καλησπέρα, το ότι βρέθηκε HPV με φλεγμονή δεν σημαίνει καρκίνος, αλλά χρειάζεται έλεγχος για να αποκλειστεί αν υπάρχουν αλλοιώσεις που μπορεί να εξελιχθούν στο μέλλον. Προφανώς θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζω κ τα υπόλοιπα στοιχεία του ιστορικού σας για να σας δώσω μια πιο σαφή απάντηση.
Η κολποσκόπηση είναι μια απλή εξέταση για να δούμε αν υπάρχει κάτι που πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί προληπτικά. Είναι, όμως, πολύ σημαντικό να μιλάτε ανοιχτά με τον γιατρό σας κ να ρωτάτε ό,τι σας ανησυχεί ή οτι δεν καταλάβατε. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
