Πρέπει να κάνω τακτικές εξετάσεις μετά από θρομβοφιλία στην εγκυμοσύνη;
Καλησπέρα. Κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης μου πριν ένα χρόνο πραγματοποίησα μοριακό έλεγχο θρομβοφιλίας και χρειάστηκε να κάνω αντιπηκτικές ενέσεις. Τα αποτελέσματα ήταν τα εξής: στο δείγμα βρέθηκε ετερόζυγο για τις σημειακές μεταλλάξεις C677T και Α1298C στο γονίδιο της ομοκυστεΐνης MTHFR, 455 G>A στο β-ινωδογόνο, καθώς και για τους πολυμορφισμούς στα γονίδια ΡΑΙ-1 με γονότυπο 5G/4G, ACE με γονότυπο INS/DEL, HPA-1 a/b, GPla 807 C>Τ και απολιποπρωτεΐνη Ε με γονότυπο E3/4. Η ταυτόχρονη παρουσία των μεταλλάξεων (677T και Α1298C σχετίζεται με υψηλά επίπεδα ομοκυστεΐνης στο αίμα η παρουσία της μετάλλαξης 455 G>A στο γονίδιο του β-ινωδογόνου συνδέεται με αυξημένα επίπεδα ινωδογόνου στο αίμα. Θα ήθελα να με ενημερώσετε αν τώρα πλέον εκτός κύησης θα πρέπει να κάνω τακτικά κάποια εξέταση πιο συγκεκριμένη με βάση αυτά τα αποτελέσματα εκτός από τις απλές αιματολογικές; Θα πρέπει να με παρακολουθεί αιματολόγος; Σας ευχαριστώ.
