Πόνος στο στήθος στο κρύο σε γυναίκα 42 ετών, χωρίς άλλα συμπτώματα

Χρόνια πολλά και καλή χρονιά! Γυναίκα, 42 ετών. Τον τελευταίο καιρό όταν είμαι έξω στο κρύο, ακόμη και με κλειστό το μπουφάν, με πιάνει ένας πόνος στην αριστερή πλευρά του στήθους. Ο πόνος είναι περισσότερο σαν σουβλιά και είναι στιγμιαίος, απλά θα με "χτυπήσει" πολλές φορές μέσα στη μέρα. Δεν έχω κανένα άλλο σύμπτωμα, π.χ. πόνο κατά την αναπνοή. Τι μπορεί να είναι?
