Μπορεί η κόπωση και το υψηλό CPK να υποδηλώνουν καρδιολογικό πρόβλημα;

Τρέχω μαραθωνίους αγώνες, ακολουθώ εβδομαδιαία κάποιο πρόγραμμα. Τελευταία έχω μια κόπωση και μετά τον τελευταίο μαραθώνιο είχα cpk 627. Ξεκουράστηκα μια βδομάδα και ξανάρχισα τώρα αλλά μου μπήκαν ιδέες για καρδιακά. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να κάνεις κάποιος τρέξιμο και να αντέχει, αλλά να έχει καρδιολογικό πρόβλημα;

  • Το πιθανότερο είναι να είναι υγιείς αλλά κάποιος καρδιολογος ελεγχος πάντα χρειάζεται
