Η χορήγηση αντιφλεγμονωδών, έχω ακούσει πως δεν συνιστάται για όσους έχουν υψηλή λιποπρωτεΐνη. Ισχύει? Τραυμάτισα τον καρπό στο εξωτερικό μέρος, εδώ κ ένα μήνα και με πονάει όταν πάω να ανοίξω μια πόρτα ή να σηκώσω το πιάτο στην παλάμη μου, υπάρχει κάτι άλλο που μπορώ να κάνω ώστε να αποφύγω τα αντιφλεγμονώδη;
