Χρειάζεται κλασική στεφανιογραφία μετά από αξονική με CAD-RADS 2/P2;
Είμαι γυναίκα 68 ετών. Μετά από εξέταση Lp(a) 371, φυσιολογικές οι άλλες τιμές λόγω λήψης στατίνη έκανα αξονική στεφανιογραφία η οποία έδειξε ότι είμαι υψηλού αθηρωματικού κινδύνου (374 κατά κλίμακα Agatson) και παρουσία αποτιτανώσεων και στα 3 στεφανιαία αγγεία με ήπιου βαθμού στενώσεις (CAD-RADS 2/P2). Χρειάζεται να κάνω και κλασική στεφανιογραφία; Επίσης πλέον παίρνω Atorval Plus και Salospir. Μπορώ να ανατρέψω αυτή την εικόνα ή να τη σταματήσω και με τι τρόπο; Έχω φοβηθεί μ αυτές τις τιμές.

Υψηλή lpa είναι ακόμα ένας παράγοντας κινδύνου αλλά από μόνη της δεν είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Η αξονική στεφανιογραφία δείχνει και αυτή ότι υπάρχει υψηλός κίνδυνος αυτό θέλει ρύθμιση παραγόντων κινδύνου, που σημαίνει αν καπνίζεται πρέπει να το διακόψετε ή τουλάχιστον να το ελαττώσετε σημαντικά, αν έχετε υπέρταση να τη ρυθμίσετε. Επιπλέον η κακή χοληστερίνη πρέπει να είναι τουλάχιστον κάτω από 70 ιδανικά κάτω από 55. Επιπλέον από αυτά που μας έχετε πει δεν προκύπτει ένδειξη για salospir.
