Πρέπει ο πατέρας μου να κάνει αξονική καρδιάς μετά από 4πλο bypass;
Καλησπέρα σας. Ο πατέρας μου έχει εγχειριστεί πριν από περίπου 15 χρόνια σε 4πλο bypass τελευταία έχει πόνο στην πλάτη στο στήθος και έχει αρκετό ρέψιμο. Θα ήταν καλό να κάνει αξονική τομογραφία καρδιάς; Οι εξετάσεις του βγήκαν καθαρές. Αιματολογικές και ΗΚΓ

Καλησπέρα δεδομένου ότι ο πατέρας είναι στεφανιαίος ασθενής και έχει περάσει αρκετός καιρός από την εγχείρηση (τα φλεβικά μοσχεύματα στα 7 έτη και μετά πιθανώς να έχουν εκ νέου στένωση ) θα πρέπει να κάνετε σίγουρα κάποιο έλεγχο ισχαιμίας ! Μια ασφαλής και μη επεμβατική εξέταση είναι η αξονική στεφανιογραφία

Αν και το ρεψιμο μας κατευθυνει για γαστρεντερολογικο θέμα,ο πατέρας έχει σοβαρά επιβαρυμενο ιστορικό.Αν έχει αρκετά χρόνια να κάνει αξονική στεφανιογραφια καλά θα ήταν να κανει
