Είναι υπερβολική η αξονική στεφανιογραφία για 47χρονη με μικρή ανεπάρκεια;
Είναι 47 ετών γυναίκα. Έχω μικρή ανεπάρκεια μιτροειδούς (1+/4) και τριγλώχινας (1+/4) με rvsp 36 στο πιο πρόσφατο τρίπλεξ. Πίεση και χοληστερόλη χαμηλή, ζάχαρο φυσιολογικό, ιστορικό οικογενειακό καρδιάς δεν υπάρχει. Κάθε εξάμηνο κάνω καρδιολογικό έλεγχο. Ο καρδιολόγος μου μου συνέστησε να κάνω αξονική στεφανιογραφία για προληπτικούς λόγους. Δεν είναι λίγο υπερβολικό και πρόωρο?
