Είναι ανησυχητική η ενόχληση μετά από φυσικοθεραπεία σε σπονδυλοδεσία;
Καλησπέρα!! Έχω κάνει σπονδυλοδεσία στη σπονδυλική στήλη - μέση (Νοέμβριος 2022) στο επίπεδο Ο5-Ι1. Επειδή αισθάνομαι τη μέση μου σαν τσιμέντο, πήγα για πρώτη φορά σε φυσικοθεραπευτή μετά από σχεδόν τρία χρόνια που έχουν περάσει από το χειρουργείο. Μου έκανε ήπιες μαλάξεις γύρω από το χειρουργικό πεδίο κ πιο πάνω και κάποιες ασκήσεις για ενδυνάμωση κορμού και τέλος διατάσεις. Αισθάνομαι ενόχληση στο σημείο της επέμβασης. Είναι ανησυχητικό; Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Αν δεν έγινε κάτι βίαιο μάλλον όχι. Μιλήστε στο θεραπευτή σας και γενικά καλό είναι να μην υποφέρουμε ούτε κατά τη διάρκεια ούτε μετά τη θεραπεία
