Μπορεί ήπιο πρόβλημα στη μέση να προκαλεί έντονα συμπτώματα στα 30;
Καλησπέρα και καλό μήνα! Έπειτα από πόνο στη μέση, στα πόδια και μουδιάσματα μαζί με κάψιμο, επισκέφθηκα ορθοπεδικό. Κατά την κλινική αξιολόγηση διαπιστώθηκε ότι στα κάτω άκρα στο σημείο του κουτουπιέ και στο εξωτερικό σημείο της γάμπας (και στα δύο πόδια) δεν είχα αίσθηση, ενώ κατά την συνολική κλινική εξέταση ο γιατρός έκρινε σοβαρά τα συμπτώματα. Κάνοντας μαγνητική, το πόρισμα αναφέρει στο επίπεδο ο4-ο5 κυκλοτερή αποπλάτυνση του δίσκου με εντύπωμα επί του μηνιγγικού σάκου σε γειτνίαση με την έκφυση ο5 ριζών, καθώς και πολύ ήπια στένωση των μεσοσπονδύλιων τρημάτων. Αντίστοιχα και στον ο3-ο4. Επίσης αναφέρεται ιεροποίηση του ο5. Συμπερασματικά αναφέρεται ότι τα ευρήματα δεν αναδεικνύουν σαφή αιτιολογία των συμπτωμάτων. Μπορεί ένα ήπιο πρόβλημα να προκαλεί μία αρκετά έντονη συμπτωματολογία; Να σημειώσω ότι είμαι 30 ετών και η εργασία μου είναι χειρωνακτική με πολλά βάρη και ορθοστασία! Σας ευχαριστώ!

Αν τα συμπτώματα είναι διαχειρησιμα κ οι εξετάσεις στα όρια του φυσιολογικού, δε χρειάζεται επιθετική θεραπεία.
