Αναλγητικά για εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις σπονδυλικής σε ηλικιωμένη 81 ετών

Καλησπέρα. Η μητέρα μου είναι 81 ετών και υποφέρει από εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις της σπονδυλικής στήλης. Αυτό της προκαλεί δυνατούς μόνιμους πόνους στη μέση. Τα μόνα χάπια που παίρνει είναι για υπέρταση και Τ4 για θυρεοειδή. Υπάρχει κάποιος συνδυασμός αναλγητικών που μπορούν να την ανακουφίσουν?
