Θελω να ρωτησω για τα χορτα. Εχω Συνδρομο Ευερεθιστου Εντερου και νομιζω τα χορτα επιδεινωνουν το προβλημα μου(δυσκοιλιοτητα,αερια και φουσκωμα).Ισχυει οτι τα χορτα μπορει να επηρεασουν αρνητικα το Ευερεθιστο Εντερο ή μηπως ειναι κατι αλλο που με ενοχλει; Σας ευχαριστω!
