Σπαστική κολίτιδα: πολτώδη κόπρανα και πόνος στην πλάτη δεξιά;
Καλημέρα σας!!Ε δω και ένα χρόνο μια φορά την ημέρα μόνο το πρωί,τα κόπρανα μου είναι σχεδόν πάντα πολτωδη και θέλω να ρωτήσω η σπαστική κολίτιδα έχει αυτό το σύμπτωμα;και δεύτερον το έντερο αντανακλά στην πλάτη δεξιά πίσω όχι πάνω ψηλά.εκανα αξονική τομογραφία άνω κάτω κοιλίας και υπέρηχο άνω και κάτω κοιλίας και δεν μου βρήκαν τίποτα.ευχαριστω

Θα μπορούσε να είναι σύμπτωμα ευερέθιστου εντέρου. Το κλειδί είναι η ηλικία σας. Το ευερέθιστο έντερο ξεκινά τα συμπτώματα του στην ηλικία 20-30 (ή και νωρίτερα). Αν κάποιος δεν είχε καθόλου τέτοια συμπτώματα και τα εμφανίσει ξαφνικά π.χ. στα 40, αυτό είναι κάτι που χρειάζεται έλεγχο (κολονοσκόπηση).
