Αν στην εξέταση για τα ΣΜΝ η εξεταση για τον ιό ΗΙV βγει αρνητική αλλά αυτό συμβεί 4 χρόνια μετά από σεξουαλική επαφή χωρίς προφυλάξεις, υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι ψευδώς αρνητική; Επίσης όσον αφορά την ηπατίτιδα Β τα αντισώματα είναι θετικά 907.1 IU/L. Ο αριθμός των αντισωμάτων προέρχεται από το εμβόλιο που είχα κάνει όταν ήμουν παιδάκι ή από λοίμωξη;

Γενικά τα τεστ που κάνουμε δεν έχουν ευαισθησία 100% αλλά δεν υπάρχει κ κάποιος λόγος να πιστεύουμε ότι η εξέταση που κάνατε για τον hiv δεν είναι αξιόπιστη. Όσο αφορά την ηπατίτιδα β τα αντισώματα θα μπορούσαν να είναι θετικά είτε από το εμβόλιο είτε από λοίμωξη. Για να σας απαντήσει κάποιος θα έπρεπε να κάνει πιο συγκεκριμένες εξετάσεις για την ηπατίτιδα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
