Είναι πολύ σπάνιο να δημιουργηθούν και τα 4 αργότερα. παρόλα αυτά συστήνεται επενέλεγχος με νέα πανοραμική ακτινογραφία στα 11, αν δεν υπάρχουν άλλα ορθοδοντικά προβλήματα.
