Παραωοθηκική κύστη ή υδροσάλπιγγα; Εξέταση μαγνητικής και περίοδος
Καλησπέρα είμαι 31 ετών. Πρόσφατα έκανα μαγνητική κάτω κοιλίας και βρέθηκε μια παραωοθηκικη κύστη.ο γυναικολόγος μου όμως φοβάται για πιθανή υδροσαλπιγγα γιατί δεν είναι ευδιάκριτη η κύστη. Έχω αδιαθετησει δύο φορές αλλά αυτό το εύρημα της μαγνητικής παραμένει, αλλά στο ίδιο μέγεθος. Αν ήταν παραωοθηκικη κύστη δεν θα έφευγε με την περίοδο; Είναι μήπως υδροσαλπιγγα;

Καλησπέρα σας. Μια παραωοθηκική κύστη, δεν φεύγει με την περίοδο, σε αντίθεση με τις απλές ωοθηκικές κύστεις. Από τη στιγμή που το εύρημα παραμένει σταθερό σε μέγεθος, είναι θετικό, αλλά για να σας απαντήσει κάποιος με σιγουριά αν πρόκειται για παραωοθηκική κύστη ή υδροσάλπιγγα, θα πρέπει να το εκτιμήσει με κλινική εξέταση και επαναληπτικό υπέρηχο. Δυστυχώς, δεν μπορεί να γίνει ασφαλής εκτίμηση χωρίς αξιολόγηση από κοντά.
