Φραγμένες σάλπιγγες: εξωσωματική ή διάνοιξη για κύηση;
Καλησπέρα, σε περίπτωση φραγμένων σαλπίγγων, η μόνη λύση για κύηση είναι η εξωσωματική; Γίνεται κάποια διαδικασία διάνοιξης ή δε συστήνεται; Ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Η έννοια των «φραγμένων σαλπίγγων» μπορεί να σημαίνει διαφορετικά πράγματα, ανάλογα με το πώς έγινε η διάγνωση. Άλλο είναι να φαίνεται μια δυσκολία στη δίοδο του υγρού σε μια σαλπιγγογραφία και άλλο να έχει επιβεβαιωθεί με λαπαροσκόπηση ότι υπάρχει πλήρης απόφραξη.
Αν οι σάλπιγγες είναι όντως κλειστές και στις δύο πλευρές, τότε η φυσιολογική σύλληψη δεν μπορεί να συμβεί, και η εξωσωματική είναι η ενδεδειγμένη λύση. Παλιότερα γίνονταν χειρουργικές προσπάθειες διάνοιξης, όμως είχαν χαμηλή επιτυχία και υψηλό κίνδυνο εξωμήτριας κύησης, γι’ αυτό σήμερα εφαρμόζονται σπάνια.
